1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by EliteCabs Mumbai ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

EliteCabs Mumbai provides premium chauffeur and car rental services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Booking and Cancellation

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• "No-shows" will be charged the full amount of the booking.

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not interfere with the safety of the driver or other passengers. Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

5. Limitation of Liability

EliteCabs Mumbai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. EliteCabs Mumbai and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
